Incomprehensible Human Customs

My humans never cease to amuse me.

One brought home a large bunch of dead vegetation, and the other seemed quite pleased at this.
They called it an "anniversary".  Seemingly it commemorates a big event in human life, although they didn't go anywhere or do anything out of the usual.  Furthermore, there was no food involved, and a full stomach would be the only logical reason to celebrate.

Humans are odd.

But pleasant to have around when one's tummy needs scratching.
